The Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights considered the third periodic report of France on the implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (E/C.12/FRA/3) at its 3rd, 4th and 5th meetings, held on 29 and 30 April 2008, and adopted, at its 26th meeting held on 16 May 2008, the following concluding observations.
